Montenegro’s Privatization Agency closed

Montenegro’s Agency for Economic Restructuring and Foreign Investments has closed after nearly two decades since it was established, Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) reported.
The Ministry of Economy will handle the privatization deals in the future.
The agency helped in the privatisation of 390 companies worth EUR 4,423 billion, and 85 per cent of the capital has been privatized.
The income from the sale of shares totals EUR 350 million and EUR 930 million was collected from the sale of companies’ property.
