Permit for Meljine medical centre in March

The necessary ownership transactions between the Ministry of Finance, the consortium of Atlas grupa and Abu Dhabi-based Capital investment and the medical centre in Meljine will be finished in the next ten days. The hospital should obtain a construction permit at the beginning of March at latest.
The Ministry of Finance is currently organising the ownership documents in the administration for real estate for a takeover of the entire former military complex by the consortium, which paid EUR 25.1 million for it.
According to the contract, the consortium has to invest EUR 99.8 million, but it was assessed that the planned work on the medical facilities will cost EUR 125 million.
