Zecha to meet with the Greek Restis Group

The co-owner of the Singapore-based upmarket hotel corporation Amanresorts, Adrian Zeka, arrived in Budva on Monday (September 7). According to Montenegrin media reports, Zecha, whose company is the main lessee of the three elite Montenegrin resorts Sveti Stefan, Villa Milocer and Kraljicina plaza, is to meet with the Greek Restis Group and hold talks on further cooperation.
Last month, Restis Group officials announced that Greece-based shipping company has become the main investor in Sveti Stefan, Montenegro’s most prominent tourist project.
After running far behind schedule in reopening the island, made up of traditional stone houses, the elite boutique hotel chain Amanresorts has turned to Victor Restis of the Restis Group to help fund a EUR 30-million reconstruction investment, Livio Ranza, general manager of Aman Sveti Stefan, announced for media last month.
Restis group agreed to take over the entire project if the Singapore-based company remains as the manager.
