Winner for Marina Bar to be announced on Friday

The tender commission for the privatisation of Marina Bar has received three offers for the purchase of the company and concession for a period of 30 years.
The bids were received from Russian and Lithuanian-Latvian consortiums, as well as Podgorica-based Bemax. All three bids were valid and will be ranked this week, according to the tender commission.
In terms of financial offer, Multi Capital Marina Riga offered the best offer, while Russian consortium Expert Marine, Nash gorod and Pobeda capital has a slightly better concession offer. The Podgorica-based Bemax offered twice as low investment than the rivals.
