Adriatic Marinas announces sale of Teuta and Ozana Residences

Adriatic Marinas, a company which is building a nautical-tourism resort Porto Montenegro in Tivat, has announced the sale of apartments in another two residential complexes within this exclusive resort.
Teuta Residences, the first complex with 29 apartments which should be finished by summer next year, have sold out generating more than EUR 20 million. The sale of apartments in residences named Zeta and Ozana will be soon advertised through foreign real estate agencies.
