President of IH&RA visits Plantaze

The President of International Hotel & Restaurant Association (IH&RA), Dr Ghassan Aïdi visited Montenegrin wine and beverage producer 13. Jul Plantaze.
“Plantaze has a tremendous potential and the quality of its wine does not fall behind top-quality world class wines,” said Dr Aïdi who visited Podgorica-based company on Friday.
International Hotel & Restaurant Association (IH&RA) is the only global business organization representing the hospitality industry worldwide. Officially recognized by the United Nations, IH&RA monitors and lobbies all international agencies on behalf of this industry, estimated to comprise 300,000 hotels and 8 million restaurants, employ 60 million people and contribute 950 billion USD annually to the global economy.
IH&RA members include national hotel and restaurant associations in some 100 countries throughout the world and international and national hotel and restaurant chains representing some 50 brands. IH&RA also welcomes affiliate members: individual hotels and restaurants, whether independent or chain-affiliated. IH&RA also includes allied members such as suppliers to the industry, educational institutes, consultants, and complementary hospitality and travel and tourism associations.
In a related news, Vranac, a wine produced by 13. Jul Plantaze, was declared the favourite regional brand at the Brand Fair 5, an international exhibition held in Belgrade last month. The company was also awarded three gold medals at the international Wine Festival in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina last month.
