Promonte enables Facebook updates via SMS

In cooperation with Facebook, Montenegrin mobile operator Promonte has launched the SMS Facebook service. The service enables Promonte Network users to manage their Facebook profiles via SMS. Promonte is the first and currently the only operator in Montenegro that offers such service to its users.
The agreement signed between Promonte and Facebook in the beginning of this year allows users to manage their Facebook profiles via mobile phones in an advanced manner. The MMS 2 Facebook service launched then enabled uploading of a photo and video record directly from mobile telephone.
With the launch of SMS Facebook service, users of Promonte network may manage their Facebook profiles via SMS messages for the first time in Montenegro. The price of SMS to the Facebook is a standard price, depending on a tariff package.

This week Promonte introduced a new prepaid offer for tourists visiting Montenegro this summer. The new Tourist Pack costs EUR 5 and includes a SIM card with 069 prepaid number, an instructions guide, a tourist map of Montenegro and 10 discount coupons which can be redeemed at various places.
