Two bidders for tourist complex Valdanos

The tender for the long-term lease of the former military tourist complex Valdanos attracted two bidders, the cabinet press office informed.
The recently established local unit of Russian construction company Mos City Group (MCG) and the UK-based tourism developer Cubux Lux filed offers ahead of yesterday’s deadline (April 15th 2009).
The concession of the resort will be undertaken through long term lease of 30 years, with possibility of lease extension.
