Millennium City Centre fails to attract investors

The tender regarding the construction of the Millennium City Centre in Podgorica,received only one bid which according to officials wasn’t sufficiently documented. The Local Tender Commission will announce its decision within 30 days, however, some believe that the tender is most likely to be cancelled.
The bid was submitted by HLT, an investment fund. Local Officials said that HLT failed to present evidence on taxes and contributions paid, while it also failed to present bank guarantee
HLT offered 1,980 euros for a square meter of a multimedia centre, 1,200 euros for a square meter of hotels, 1,150 euros for a square meter of offices and 905.2 euros for a square meter of a mall.
