The conference aims to tackle most of the pressing issues in real estate, with a special focus on current market trends in Montenegro, Croatia and Albania. The focal point of the first annual conference will be ownership issues and the development of infrastructure.The conference will also examine the latest developments in the legal framework, strategies for real estate financing, as well as problems and risks tied to the local market. Montenegro will receive special attention at the conference, as currently the most attractive real estate market in South East Europe, as will similar trends in other countries of the Adriatic Region.
The participants at the conference will include representatives of governments of the region and state institutions with authority over real estate development, local and foreign investors, real estate developers, managers of leading construction companies, investment funds, banks, leasing companies and leading providers of legal and consulting services.
