Inspection Trips
My Villa in Montenegro is proud to be the only company to offer this service in Montenegro.
An inspection trip with us usually involves 3 days and 2 nights. You will be met at the airport by one of our staff and taken to your hotel (no less than 3 *). The trip will be planned to the last detail so that your time is used efficiently. The next days will involve viewing properties which meet your requirements, meeting lawyers and accountants (if you have requested). They are all English speaking and can answer all your questions.
The evening can be spent visiting old town in Kotor or Budva or simply enjoying the local culture and cuisine of the Adriatic coast. At the end of the visit clients will be driven back to the airport for their flight home.
The price of the inspection trip is £250, however, booking space is subject to availability at the time of booking.
